Service-Specific Terms & Conditions
Applicable to: Connectivity, Telephony, Hosting, and Supplier-Passthrough Services
These terms apply in conjunction with the general terms and conditions of Your London IT Ltd and are enforceable under Clause 17 of that agreement. Where there is a conflict between these service-specific terms and the general terms, the service-specific terms take precedence (as per Clause 2.2).

1. Minimum Notice Period – Termination
For services where Your London IT Ltd is charged by a third-party supplier on a pass-through basis—such as broadband circuits, VoIP systems, leased lines, hosting services, and similar—a minimum of 60 calendar days’ notice is required for termination after the minimum contract term has expired.
-
Notice must be given in writing by email or post in accordance with the standard notice procedures in Clause 19.
-
This supersedes the 31-day notice period referenced in Clause 21 of the main agreement, where applicable.
-
This requirement applies only to services where Your London IT Ltd is itself contractually bound to provide 60 days’ notice to its supplier.
-
Where this applies, it will be referenced in the original quotation or service order confirmation.

2. Quotation Supremacy
If a quotation or service schedule explicitly states a notice period different from the general terms (e.g. 60 days), then that stated term shall take precedence, in line with Clause 2.2 of the general terms.

3. Applicability
This 60-day notice clause applies only to services with continuing supplier obligations, and does not automatically apply to project-based or time-limited services (e.g. one-off installations or site surveys).

If you are unsure whether a service you receive from Your London IT Ltd falls into this category, please contact your account manager or email: accounts@yourlondonit.com

4. Acceptance and Legal Effect
By continuing to use services covered by these terms, you agree to the conditions outlined above. These terms are binding as per the master agreement and Clause 17 of your contract.
